Yes. The workflows taught are tool agnostic and have been applied with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 and native marketing clouds. No custom integration is required for the MasterClass itself.

An entire half day is dedicated to consent, privacy, trust and over personalisation risks, aligned to global norms and applicable data protection regimes in the UAE and Africa.
