AltaFuturis Solutions ("AltaFuturis", "we", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information submitted via https://www.appliedaimasterclasses.com, the Enterprise AI Readiness Assessment, Audit and Diagnostic, and during AltaFuturis Applied AI MasterClass programs.

1. Information We Collect

When you register for a MasterClass, complete the Enterprise AI Readiness Diagnostic or contact us, we collect: first and last name, business email, mobile number, job title, organisation name, country, city, organisation size, preferred program, preferred format, preferred cohort, how you heard about us, message content, the answers you provide to the 10 diagnostic questions, and technical metadata (IP address, user agent, page URL, referrer, UTM parameters and submission timestamps).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process MasterClass registrations and issue confirmations
• Calculate and deliver your Enterprise AI Readiness Score, level, breakdown and personalised PDF report
• Respond to your enquiry within one business day
• Send cohort logistics, pre-reads and post-MasterClass certificates
• Issue invoices, receipts and tax documentation
• Share program updates, new cohort announcements and relevant Applied AI insights, only if you have opted in
• Maintain quality, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations

3. Enterprise AI Readiness Assessment, Audit and Diagnostic

The Enterprise AI Readiness Assessment, Audit and Diagnostic at https://www.appliedaimasterclasses.com/enterprise-ai-readiness-diagnostic is a free 10-question self-assessment offered to senior leaders to score their organisation's AI Readiness Capability and AI Readiness Preparedness on a 0 to 100 scale. We make the following specific commitments regarding diagnostic data:

• Your diagnostic responses are 100% safe, secure and private and are used only to assess the AI preparedness and readiness of your organisation and to prepare your personalised Enterprise AI Readiness Report.
• No third party, partner, vendor, advertiser or external entity has access to your diagnostic data.
• Your data is not used to train any public AI model, is not sold, and is not exchanged for marketing lists.
• The result page is served at a confidential, token-based URL that is set to noindex and nofollow and is excluded from robots.txt and from every sitemap, so your personal score is not discoverable by search engines.
• Diagnostic submissions are stored in encrypted Lovable Cloud (Supabase) and synced only to a private internal Google Sheet accessed by the AltaFuturis core team. Access is role-based and audited.
• You may request deletion of your diagnostic submission and report at any time by writing to ganesh@altafuturis.com and we will action it within 30 days.
• By submitting the diagnostic you actively tick a consent checkbox confirming you have read and accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. We do not record a submission without that explicit consent.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your personal information on the basis of your explicit consent (when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form), the performance of a contract (when you have registered for a Paid MasterClass), our legitimate business interest in operating and improving our services, and our legal obligations.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share your personal information with any third party or external entity for marketing, advertising, profiling or any commercial purpose. We share it only with: trusted technology vendors that host our website, database, email and payment systems strictly under data-processing agreements that bind them to use the data only to deliver the service to us; tax and legal advisors when required; and law-enforcement authorities when legally compelled. No partner, sponsor, co-host or affiliate receives your data without your separate, prior, informed consent.

6. No Spam Commitment

You will never receive unsolicited marketing email, SMS or WhatsApp messages from AltaFuturis. Operational messages relating to your registration or your Enterprise AI Readiness Report are sent automatically. Marketing communication is sent only after your separate, explicit opt-in, includes a one-click unsubscribe in every message and respects your choice immediately.

7. Data Retention

We retain your registration, enquiry and diagnostic data for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with applicable legal, tax and accounting requirements. You may request deletion at any time by writing to ganesh@altafuturis.com.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal information; to withdraw consent for marketing communications; to object to processing; to obtain a copy of your data; and to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority. 9. Cookies

We use a minimal set of essential and analytical cookies to make the website work and to understand how visitors use it. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

10. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, audited backups, regular security reviews, automated security scans and a documented breach-notification procedure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States, India and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
