1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of https://www.appliedaimasterclasses.com, the AltaFuturis Applied AI MasterClasses website and any related programs, content and communications operated by AltaFuturis Solutions ("AltaFuturis", "we", "our"). By using this website or registering for any MasterClass, you agree to these Terms.

2. Registration

To register for a MasterClass you must provide accurate, complete and current information. AltaFuturis reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion. Cohort confirmations are issued upon successful payment receipt.

3. Fees and Payment

Public Onsite MasterClass seats are priced at USD 1050 per participant under the Early Bird scheme that closes on 30 June 2026, after which regular pricing of USD 1200 per participant applies. Corporate, group and enterprise engagements are quoted separately. Payment terms for custom engagements are documented in the relevant Statement of Work. All fees are exclusive of applicable indirect taxes (VAT, GST, withholding tax) which will be added on the invoice as required by the participant's jurisdiction.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests received more than 14 days before the cohort start date are eligible for a full refund less payment-processing fees. Cancellation requests received between 7 and 14 days before the cohort start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a free transfer to a future cohort. Cancellations within 7 days of the cohort start date are non-refundable, but seat transfers to a colleague within the same organisation are permitted at no charge.

5. Intellectual Property

All MasterClass content, including slides, prompt libraries, frameworks, templates, recordings and supplementary materials, is the intellectual property of AltaFuturis Solutions. Participants may use the content within their own organisation but may not redistribute, resell, reproduce, sub-license or use it to deliver competing training without prior written consent.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with the trainer, fellow participants and AltaFuturis team. Recording, screen-capture or live-streaming of MasterClass sessions without prior written consent is prohibited. AltaFuturis reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the cohort.

7. Limitation of Liability

AltaFuturis MasterClasses are educational in nature. Participants are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any AI tool, framework, vendor or recommendation discussed in the program before deploying it inside their own organisation. AltaFuturis, its trainers and its officers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the content.

8. Force Majeure

AltaFuturis will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, government action, network outages, war, civil unrest or labour disputes. In such events AltaFuturis will reschedule the affected cohort or issue a credit, at its sole discretion.

9. Privacy and Data Safety

Your use of https://www.appliedaimasterclasses.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for any MasterClass, by completing the Enterprise AI Readiness Assessment, Audit and Diagnostic, or by submitting any enquiry form, you actively tick a consent checkbox confirming you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. AltaFuturis commits that your data is 100% safe, secure and private, is used only for the purpose stated on the form you submitted, is never sold, never shared with any third party or external entity, and never used to spam you. Diagnostic responses are used only to score your organisation's AI Readiness Capability and AI Readiness Preparedness and to prepare your personalised report.

10. Enterprise AI Readiness Assessment, Audit and Diagnostic

The Enterprise AI Readiness Assessment, Audit and Diagnostic at https://www.appliedaimasterclasses.com/enterprise-ai-readiness-diagnostic is an indicative self-assessment provided free of charge to help leaders understand their organisation's AI Readiness Capability and AI Readiness Preparedness. The score, level and recommendations are directional and educational, not financial, legal, investment, audit or regulatory advice. Decisions on AI investment, governance, hiring or workforce policy must be made with appropriate professional counsel. The diagnostic report, score and PDF are issued to you for your own internal use; you may circulate them inside your own organisation but may not republish them, sell them or use them to make representations to investors, regulators or counterparties without our prior written consent.

11. Electronic Communication and No Spam

By registering you consent to receive operational communication from AltaFuturis by email, WhatsApp and phone in connection with your MasterClass registration or your Enterprise AI Readiness Report. We do not spam. Marketing communication is sent only with your separate, explicit opt-in, includes a one-click unsubscribe in every message and your choice is respected immediately. Your contact details are never sold or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

12. Modifications to These Terms

AltaFuturis may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by direct email to active registrants. Continued use of the website or attendance at a MasterClass after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the United States, as applicable to the office issuing the relevant invoice. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, India or Travis County, Texas, USA.
