About Rohit

Rohit is a result-driven, self-motivated and resourceful engineering and management professional with a proven ability to develop, strengthen and optimise management teams through process improvement, operational excellence and modern project management techniques. His track record spans Automotive, Oil and Gas Technology, Telecom, Infrastructure, Hospitality and EdTech across more than two decades of domestic and international markets in the Middle East, Europe and Asia.

Rohit leads the charge in administering and executing turnkey projects across Oil and Gas, Construction and Technology, with a distinct focus on automation initiatives. He has played a pivotal role as a Project Management Coach for the Google India Apprenticeship Program, and has provided strategic leadership and digital transformation guidance to clients such as the Tax Authority in the Sultanate of Oman and the Qatar Armed Forces.

During his tenure in the UAE, Rohit served as a Principal Consultant and Trainer, driving digital transformation within the Oil and Gas sector and overseeing the integration of automation technologies. His collaborative approach resulted in successful engagements with leading companies such as TOTAL ABK and SIEMENS.

Earlier in his career Rohit held key positions at Volkswagen India and at MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG, Force Motors JV, where he led automation solutions to enhance manufacturing processes through Industry 5.0 thinking. His early career at Amro Electronics saw him excel in designing and developing automated IT and embedded systems for hydrological and meteorological applications.
