Nairobi, Kenya, Onsite Applied AI and Predictive Analytics MasterClass, 23 to 25 July 2026, The Definitive CXO Brief

The Nairobi cohort, in one paragraph
The Applied AI and Predictive Analytics Onsite MasterClass in Nairobi, Kenya on 23 to 25 July 2026 is the East Africa anchor of the AltaFuturis 2026 calendar. Three intensive days, one boardroom-style classroom, one shared Applied AI vocabulary across the executive committee. The cohort is designed for Chief Executives, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Human Resources Officers, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Data Officers and the functional heads who will own AI delivery in 2026 and 2027. The fee is USD 1050 Early Bird until 30 June 2026.
Nairobi is not an accident of geography. It is the most concentrated enterprise AI ecosystem in East Africa, anchored by a deep banking, mobile money, insurance, telecoms, agribusiness, development sector and public sector demand base. Regional headquarters operating out of Nairobi cover Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, Ethiopia and a substantial portion of the East African Community footprint. A Nairobi cohort is, by design, a regional cohort.
What the three days actually look like
Day 1 opens with the strategic case for Applied AI in East African enterprises, the board-level vocabulary that every Chief Executive should have ratified by the end of 2026, and the AltaFuturis Enterprise AI Readiness framework. The afternoon goes deep on Generative AI for the executive workflow, from the email and document triage layer up to the strategic brief, the board paper and the regulator response.
Day 2 is the predictive analytics core. Customer churn, credit risk, claims, fraud, demand forecasting, workforce planning and operational throughput are dissected as case studies and as live walk-throughs. The faculty take the room through the modelling lifecycle from a leadership perspective, the data and governance preconditions, the make-versus-buy decision points, and the operating-model implications of running predictive products at scale.
Day 3 ratifies the playbook. Each delegate leaves with a personal capability scorecard, a function-level Applied AI roadmap template, and a 90-day execution plan that ties back to the organisation's enterprise AI readiness score. The cohort concludes with a working group on East African regulatory direction, data sovereignty and the practical implications of the African Union Continental AI Strategy for Kenyan and regional enterprises.
- Day 1, Strategy, Generative AI for the executive workflow, Enterprise AI Readiness.
- Day 2, Predictive analytics core, case studies, governance and operating model.
- Day 3, Capability scorecard, function-level roadmap, 90-day execution plan.
Why a Kenyan board sends the whole executive committee together
An executive committee that goes through the same three days in the same room develops a shared Applied AI vocabulary in 72 hours that would otherwise take 12 to 18 months of one-off webinars, conference attendance and reading. The shared vocabulary is the unlock. Once the Chief Executive, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Human Resources Officer are using the same words for the same concepts, the board paper, the budget conversation and the vendor evaluation move at a different pace.
The Nairobi venue is deliberately a boardroom-style classroom, not a stadium. Cohort size is capped to protect the quality of the conversation. Delegates are encouraged to bring real organisational questions to the room, and the faculty are deliberate about leaving room for those questions to be worked through, not parked.
Faculty
The cohort is led by Dr Anant Digraskar, Chief Executive of ConsultValiant FZC Dubai, Senior Advisor and Faculty Lead for the GCC and Africa, and Board Member and Global Advisor of RegTech Africa. Dr Digraskar brings three decades of Applied AI, analytics, governance, risk and digital transformation experience across the GCC, East Africa, Southern Africa, West Africa, India and Europe.
Dr Digraskar is supported by AltaFuturis senior expert faculty and by regional guest practitioners drawn from the East African banking, mobile money, insurance, telecoms and public sector ecosystem. The program is curated by Ganesh Shevade, Co-Founder and Chief Executive of AltaFuturis, who signs the post-cohort certificate of completion.
Pricing, registration and how to confirm a seat
The fee is USD 1050 Early Bird until 30 June 2026, USD 1200 standard thereafter. The fee is per delegate and includes all training material, working lunches and refreshments through the three days, the post-cohort capability scorecard and the signed certificate of completion. Group rates apply for organisations sending three or more delegates. The recommended path to confirm a seat is two steps. First, take the free Enterprise AI Readiness Assessment Audit, a ten-question diagnostic that scores the organisation's AI Readiness Capability and Preparedness on a zero to one hundred scale and returns a board-ready report in under five minutes.
