The assessment is a 10 question diagnostic covering AI strategy, data foundations, talent and skills, governance, use case prioritisation, infrastructure, change management and value measurement. Each response is scored, and the participant receives an overall AI Readiness Score on a 0 to 100 scale, an assigned readiness level, a short narrative on what the score means, and a recommended next step.
