What the three days actually look like

Customer onboarding, credit decisioning, fraud, claims, demand forecasting, workforce planning and operational throughput are dissected as case studies and as live walk-throughs. The faculty take the room through the modelling lifecycle from a leadership perspective, the data and governance preconditions, the make-versus-buy decision points, and the operating-model implications of running predictive products at scale in a market that is opening rapidly.

Day 3 ratifies the playbook. Each delegate leaves with a personal capability scorecard, a function-level Applied AI roadmap template, and a 90-day execution plan that ties back to the organisation's enterprise AI readiness score. The cohort concludes with a working group on Ethiopian and African Union regulatory direction, data sovereignty and the practical implications of the Continental AI Strategy for Ethiopian and regional enterprises.

Dr Digraskar brings three decades of Applied AI, analytics, governance, risk and digital transformation experience across the GCC, East Africa, the Horn of Africa, Southern Africa, West Africa, India and Europe.

Dr Digraskar is supported by AltaFuturis senior expert faculty and by regional guest practitioners drawn from the Ethiopian and Horn of Africa banking, telecoms, manufacturing and public sector ecosystem.
